The period had been placed. Another manuscript is finished. But as long as we wake up each morning, more endings will come, more chapters will be written, and all these books about life deserve to be read. Else, why does this passion for the written word exist at all? PURPOSE. THEREFORE, EVERYTHING WE CONCEIVE, EXISTS. Or, does it?

Face-to-face with my editor is terrifying! It's my first time, and don't get me wrong, she is one of the nicest I've ever met. There is a sense of sensitivity in her words, and I greatly respect her for that. So how was the experience? Liberating and totally freeing from some of the burdens of a writer. So as of today, I have already found my line and assessment editors, and my dear manuscript, you're out of my hands. I allow these professionals to deal with all of your mistakes. LOL!

I should start line editing this week. I did some work, but when I read it the nth time, I cannot connect with it deeply. This is the familiarity stage. I have to put the manuscript away for a few days and get back to it with a new set of eyes. So, blogging it is for today. Taking time out, all set for HALLOWEEN! :D

September 2025, Crisp, chilly wind of Bergen autumn is settling in.. I love the atmosphere of autumn! I'm now one-fourth of the way through the fifth edit of my second book project, Summit 😊, and despite the hectic schedule at work, I’m deeply grateful for the 2–3 hours I manage to carve out in the early mornings before the 9-5 begins.

Who’s the crowd, and who’s pulling the strings behind it? Don’t pet the dog just because everyone else is, and don’t go to war over its barking. You might be holding the leash, but who’s leading whom? The worst part? You are beckoned by its call more than your instincts. And when the crowd starts to notice that the leash holder mirrors the smile of its four-legged friend, drop the leash.

How You Know You've Found Your Thing Ever wonder how people just know they’ve found their purpose? Like, how do they go from juggling a dozen dreams to walking one clear path? Here’s the thing, you know you’ve found your reason for living when the other options stop tempting you. They’re still there, sure, but they don’t sparkle the same way anymore. You picked your path, and suddenly, it feels like you’re in your river. You’re riding the flow, paddling through the wild and the calm, but no matter what, you’re staying in it. You’re not wondering what else is out there. You’re not chasing every shiny new thing. You just know this is the one. And that quiet certainty? That’s how you know you’ve got it. Have you felt the shift?
